Background

Having spent the last decade being engrossed with technology has allowed me to suck up to challenges that were exciting and yet varying in difficulty. What I learned to love from encountering these problems was the need to continuously build up one’s knowledge whether technically or practically for all things Internet Of Things (IoT).

Leadership

My strategy for leadership hasn’t changed with the teams I’ve been In where I’ve learned to lead with state-specific requirements early on. Especially at the start of any project where no matter the size of the group I’ve always set ‘SMART’ goals that determine measurable & achievable success for the team against the given mission.
